Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase I made with the builder. I received some great selection ideas courtesy of the staff at the decor center. They were helpful, and didn't try to force the sale on extras, more so the staff was understanding of my needs and presented options that I am happy with.
I also received great assistance from the staff in resolving issues. I'm trying to think if there was anything that the builder didn't recitfy, and nothing comes to mind... if the issue was brought up with the builder, it was ultimately resolved. Everything! I even received a call personally from staff regarding my issues, I very much appreciate that. Sincerely, I appreciate everything the builder did for me!!! This is not a fake review...
