I met Ron from Laird & Son (L&S) first to explain what I needed; he was knowledgeable and accommodating of my work schedule... and he scheduled the work within a week, which I really appreciated given the hot weather we have been having!
Ryan and Corrado came to do the work and they were fabulous. Despite the heat, they worked hard and efficiently to get my A/C installed right away. They were polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. They answered all my questions and made the experience really enjoyable.
Thank you L&S!! I am thrilled to finally have A/C!!
