David Bissonette from Laird & Son was our sales person and was very professional and helpful in helping to determine the best furnace for our home. The installation was done very soon thereafter and the installers were also very professional and were happy to answer all of my questions. We had used Laird & Son for many years for yearly furnace maintenance and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
