During the last winter my furnace stopped working. I call Laird and Sons to come out and fix it. The were prompt and professional. I had some concerns about the cost of the part that was replaced. I paid the bill and contacted Laird and Son. Neill Laird called me personally and said that he would review it. Shortly there after he called me with a resolution. His resolution was more than fair. I quite frankly didn't think this type of integrity existed in the home repair industry! Neill Laird, Heather and Jackie (In the Office) were great! I have complete confidence in the future that I can trust this company. I'm sorry for the delay in letting others know about my experience.
