Ron Potter provided me with a quote on a new central AC unit in May, 2010. He provided and explained several options, all competitively priced. Installation by Ken Tilson was flawless. The new unit was relocated to another side of the house without damage to the substantial gardening along the new run. Based on my satisfaction with this experience, I did not hesitate to call again for an upgrade to my Gas Furnace in Sept, 2012. Once again, Ron provided a competitive rate, Darren Bond installed the unit efficiently, and Ken returned to install a new humidifier. Other than a leaky saddle valve, which was replaced with more reliable soldered ball valve, I am very satisfied with every aspect of this company's performance.
