This past year, I have used Laird & Son twice, and highly recommend this company. Both times, the technicians were punctual, friendly, and attentive to the work. But they also brought a genuine enthusiasm and energy, and a keen attention to detail. For example, the workers who installed our new ductless system noticed during a test that it didn't sound "right." They realized an electrician had installed the old one incorrectly. Figuring that out, and fixing the problem, saved us a lot of hassles and extended the life of our unit. The worker who came to do our furnace maitenance, Bryan Medina, also fixed an expansion tank that was installed incorrectly the year before by a different company, and found the "air duct" on an unusual radiator we have that other companies swore didn't exist. He was very pleasant, and was happy to answer my questions about how best to maintain our heating system.
Over the years, I have become a somewhat jaded homeowner - but Laird & Son has helped me believe again that there are good companies out there that go beyond their checklists and work orders to deliver excellent service.
