Laird & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

Despite having a service contract elsewhere I called Laird and Sons on the recommendation of my friend and neighbour. My furnace was playing up and failing to heat, intermittently. I can’t say enough about everyone
I encountered throughout this experience- Tracey, who sent someone out the same day; Bryan, who is an absolute delight and so very knowledgeable; Noah, who came to install a new part, so friendly and also very knowledgeable; Mack, who came to quote on a new furnace and took the time to run more diagnostics just in case he could do a temporary fix, another wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly person; and then, today, Chris and Ray, who managed to install venting and a new furnace in a cramped space in an old house so expertly.

Thank you all, for your excellent communication, integrity and expertise. Plus those ever-important outstanding people skills.

I will absolutely be signing up with Laird and Sons for all future maintenance. I trust them.
