Called Kent to inquire about pricing and procedure. Kent answered all of my questions, gave me a walk through of the procedure and told me a little about the business and their tenure in the industry. Absolutely no pressure to book an appointment even after chatting insulation for 1/2 hour. After checking other contractors, Knox was the best price and they definitely delivered! A 2-man team arrived in time, gave me a quick walk through and even advised that the door would be slightly open, concerned about the dog running out which is nice. The job was done in under 2 hours, allowed me to inspect the work, provided a receipt and a pamphlet with some info about the cellulose fibre insulation used. Quick clean up. Overall, very impressed with the work, professionalism and honesty of the company! Would definitely recommend Knox to anyone looking for attic insulation. Great job guys
