We bought furniture from Kiosk a few years ago. When our furniture
was delivered, their installers managed to damage the cover of the ottoman with a box-cutter. This started a 12+ month saga of trying to get them to replace the damaged item. First they said they would get it repaired, so that the damage would be invisible. It was clearly visible. This was about five months in. Then I asked to have it replaced. By month 10, they still hadn't ordered it. When I finally received the new cover, it was over a year later.
They didn't seem inclined to return calls, and were not the least bit
apologetic. Customer service was mediocre considering the amount we spent on the furniture. At the end they had the gore to ask if we interested in being on their mailing list. Needless to say I declined.
