We had used Kelly’s previously. I contacted them in early June requesting an arborist visit. I was told someone would contact me within a week and a half. No-one called. Twenty six days later I called and the person I spoke to could not commit to a date and could not seem less interested. They also had the wrong information on file.
I wasted a month. I would never recommend them.

Kelly's Tree Care is very sorry that your experience with us was not as expected. We are also not happy that we cannot follow up it with requests as timely as we have in the past. We have another client with a very similar first and last name by which the mistake in identity had been made. The two storms in the past two months have created an exceedingly high demand for tree services in the city. We ask that our past and new clients be patient with the process so that we can reply to the requests as best we can under these circumstances. Thank you.
