Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me: Hands down the worst customer service. Calls and emails not returned. Me to customer service worker: "can you guarantee me someone is going to call me back?" Customer service: "I can't guarantee you anything." Promised yearly checks on work never materialized. You judge a company on how well it manages issues as they arise- for this company, they fall woefully short of being competent.
