In a unique character post and beam home, the designer incorporated our modern needs without compromising the cottage-appeal of our home. He co-ordinated and daily inspected and communicated with the numerous trades - he adhered to our budget and we felt well informed about the process and progress.

Karam helped us navigate through all the steps of gutting our kitchen, dining room and living room and creating one large space. He had creative ideas that he adjusted to fit our budget and our personal preferences. He helped us choose the colour scheme for the cabinets, walls and accents and the granite counter top, backsplash, tiles and lighting. He is very personable and bursting with energy. If you have timelines to meet make sure he knows as he is busy.
