Our fridge had an issue. It was still under warranty. Within 2 business days, a Kampen technician was sent out and repair was done. Efficiency appreciated.

Thank you for your review. It is not a good thing when a luxury appliance has an issure right away, however we look at the issue for a quick resolution. We are happy yor Fridge is back up and working.
