The control panel of my subzero fridge was not displaying anything. Called subzero, who could not resolve the issue over the phone and asked me to call Kampen. I left a message with Kampen during non-working hours. Nobody replied over 2 weeks period. I called again during working hours and got connected. From this time on, everything went smooth. Francesca communicated very well on the matters and helped setting up appointments.
