Professionals! Every aspect of the process with Just Basements was done in a professional way. It started with our first meeting with Reiner at our house. We had a layout in mind and discussed our vision with him. He quickly assessed what we had to work with, prepared dimensioned digital drawings of the layout, and a very detailed itemized quote. There were no surprises along the way! Communication throughout the project was fantastic. The crew was professional and respectful of our home and schedule. They advised us what they would be doing, when they'd be arriving, and then they delivered on it. They answered our questions along the way. The quality of their work is top notch and we are very happy with both the process and the finished product. We had eight quotes from various contractors for our basement. Reiner showed up and we knew immediately that he was the person to hire for our basement project. He gave us an itemized quote right away, and stayed close to the budget throughout the whole job. He was the ONLY contractor that could move our low hanging duct work so that we didn't have four foot bulk heads blocking our space. Glen, John and George were very professional and friendly. They always kept our living space dust free. The end result was a professional looking basement which included a beautiful built-in cabinet over top of our fireplace, and an amazing space for my husbands home office. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reiner and his team from Just Basements. They all take pride in the work that they do. Our basement has become the envy of our friends and family. The only problem we have is making the rest of our home look as good as our newly renovated space. Thank you Just Basements for a job well done.

We actually did two basements with Just Basements. The first basement sold our first house in 2 days. The new owner loves it!! So we hired them again to do the basement in our new house.
The quality of the work is very good and Reiner, the owner, is very good at designing the space to make it very useful and functional.
We also like that once you get the quote, outside if you change what you want, there is almost no change from the quote, so no nasty surprise.
We would and have recommended Just Basement to anybody who mentioned wanting to redo their basement. It is worth the investment.

When we moved into our house the basement was unfinished with concrete walls. Reiner was referred to us by family. He provided a design plan, budget and timeline and essentially stuck to it. The finished result is a gorgeous recreation room with fireplace with beautiful trim details, bedroom, soundproofed music room, full bathroom, furnace room and storage. This involved redoing all ductwork to maximize ceiling height, installing 200 AMP service, installing gas lines for stove/BBQ/fireplace and installing a new furnace. All workers were courteous and very tidy. Reiner was not the cheapest quote but the work was outstanding. We would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

Just Basements allowed me to pursue my small business goals from home by creating a beautiful/professional space. This space doubles as my family gym, recreation and entertainment space. Despite this duo purpose a professional image is maintained. I am regularly complimented. Reiner and his team are very reliable, trustworthy people. They worked very hard, were fully on budget and timely. This was extremely important to me and my family. They respected my family and my home. I will turn to Reiner and his team again for further renovations in the near future.

Very impressed with attention to detail - eg each drywall screen looks to be linear with the other. Guests of ours actually marvelled at how professionally drywall was put up and screwed in.

We were looking to finish our basement to provide a recreational space for our home. After reviewing a number of potential contractors, we selected Just Basements. Reiner's team provided us with a design that opened up the space and really gave us what we needed. They moved the poorly laid out ductwork that the builder had left, move pillars, relocated the furnace and provided a layout that maximized our recreational space. The attention to detail and workmanship from Just Basements was fantastic. They were clean and efficient and the team was pleasant to have on the job. What stands out about Just Basements is their integrity. Reiner's team was upfront about design and costs and there were no surprise costs or changes. Honesty is something that is rare in this business and these guys have it in spades. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had seen the Just Basements van riding around when we first moved into our development and when it came time to get a few quotes they were at the top of our list. We already had a good idea of what we wanted and out of the 5 quotes we received Reiner was the only one who offered suggestions on how we could improve the layout and design which were fantastic suggestions. Even during the work itself, his team were in constant communication with us and worked with us to offer solutions and were very proactive. We were extremely pleased with the attention to detail, cleanliness and solid work that Just Basements produced. I would recommend them to anyone.

We planned out a media room/home theatre in our unfinished basement and needed a contractor to do the job. After many unsatisfactory meetings with a few companies, Reiner of Just Basements came to our house. Unlike his predecessors he came armed with a tape measure and computer spreadsheets and was able to compute how much material and time the job was going to require and gave us a rough quote right away. Much better than the other guys who just "ballparked" a quote by looking at the space. Moving duct work and toilet stacks that others would have just boxed around with drywall was no problem for Reiner and his crew. Yes we ended up spending more than our original budget, but his attention to detail and trimming finishes were superb. He worked within our plan and desires to produce the exact results that we were hoping for. The only criticism I have of Just Basements was that they should have communicated more with us during the construction as a few problems that occurred could have been solved by a simple phone call. All in all I would recommend Just Basements for the quality of their work.

We had our basement totally renovated with a study area for the children, workout area, two piece bathroom, laundry room and walk up bar. The work was fantastic, quick and well done. The work men were very polite and answered any questions we had. Even after my son broke the banister several months later, Reiner came back to fix it. Great job!
