Derek was such a pleasure to deal with. He was quick and professional in the installation of our eavestroughs and fascia. He completed the work in great time. We had a few question for him and everytime I sent him a text he would call right away and was always friendly. We have already recommended him to our friends.

He installed some windows for us some time ago, some have gone bad,he has replaced some glass about 3 years ago, was going tocome back in a month, has never shown up,promised to come in December16 April, and May of this year, now doesn't answer the phone or return calls, we don't know what to do now
