Impeccable door installation service! Professional team, timely completion, and great results. I would use them again.

As a general contractor for the last 40 years i have never seen someone so blatantly avoid all responsibility!
I sent them the drawings for a new house and the 2 main entrance doors were delivered to my site with the wrong swing. They were going to do me a favor by only charging me $1600 to fix it.
They said i supplied them with the wrong information LOL.
I gave them perfectly clear drawings that showed the swing and the are still arguing.
Very disappointed especially after buying there for years. They always seemed so nice.
Sorry for the one star but i wasn't given the option of 0 Star!
It so clearly shows the swing of the doors on the drawings, I stand by my word. You guys screwed up big time and I am paying the price because you clearly will not take responsibility. Shame on you!
I will be adding pictures of this mess and also the bill for what it cost me to fix this mistake.

Jaimco was suggested by the insurance company. Jamie was very pleasant and initially helpful. The door & sidelites were installed. The packaging for the items was stuffed/crammed above the door instead of insulation. Capping was never done. Painting was never done. A very stressful experience. I visited the store to look at storm door options. Jamie's brother screamed and threatened me for parking in their company parking lot. I do not recommend this company!

We had our whole house done by Jaimco. They were professional and provided exceptional customer service throughout. I was particularly pleased with the service related to two minor repairs we needed after the installation. The work was done quickly, under warranty, and the communication through the process was excellent. I highly recommend them to our friends. It is a real test how a company responds when things go wrong and I’m happy to say that Jaimco handles these situations promptly and makes sure the result is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. I contacted several vendors about installing a venting unit in an exterior door. Jaimco send me a fair and detailed quote without over complicating the process. They ordered the venting unit, delivered and installed in a short turn around time. The installation crew was friendly, punctual and efficient. I would not hesitate to go business with this company again.

Took them 5 months to return and paint my custom door only because I called them twice.
The window in the door shattered 10 months after installation on the coldest day of the year due to a thermal break. Jaimie, the owner of Jaimco blamed the break on an attempted break-in. There was no evidence to support his denial for a warranty repair. Instead he quoted me $450.00 to repair the glass. I repaired it for $150.00.
The door latch became jammed in the passage set. It was caused by the installer who did not center the latch hole. Jaimco sent a locksmith to fix this. After he broke 2 drilling bits and scratched my door frame, I fixed/cut open the hole using my fein tool. The door is still scratched and the drywall has cracked beside the latch.
within 18 months, both the passage set and hinges have corroded and tarnished.
Jaimco uses substandard materials and incompetent installers and locksmiths.
Jaimie will not answer emails as he cannot afford to leave a digital record

Efficiently installed 3 new windows in my home and a new back door. Made zero mess and work was completed quickly. I will definitely call Jaimco in the future for further work and I'm happy to recommend them to others.

My experience with this company from beginning to end was excellent.
I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff, quality and appearance of my front door is amazing, the cost was in keeping with the other quotes. I had a minor issue with the lock sticking which they addressed immediately.

We thought it would be impossible to replicate the diamond pane look of our house, but Jaimco came through. We now have new windows and the appearance of the house remains true to its origins. The process was smooth from start to finish and Jaimco went to some trouble to get the look we wanted. All in all a very good experience.

Jaimco had installed three replacement windows for us in 2008 and we were very satisfied with the products and the installation. This year we decided to replace another window and repair a thermal glass door. Jaimco was quick to respond to our call & gave us a quote within 3 days. From the date of the quote to installation was four weeks. The installers were in and out in about 2 hours, They were very neat, took away the old window and glass, left the house inside and out very tidy.
