Residential Home-major ground floor renovations (30-yr old house)
Project # 2 completed and planning #3 for 2010 . Peter entrusts the security of his home to the family dog Bailey ,who keeps us all in line when he lifts his head off the pillow . His son Adam is always willing to help in any way . We look forward to coming back .
This project turned into a challenge . The house had so many renovations over the years and not one was done right . We used many energy upgrades and green building materials where possible . They amazed us with their hard work to help with the budgets and they have big plans to turn the backyard jungle into a garden next year . Jeremy and Shirley now have a beautiful home to raise their sons .Enjoy!
2 Bathroom renovations, other general renovations
Peter is a talented woodworker , use to doing his own home repairs and was a little nervous at first. As the project progressed he really enjoyed the daily changes . Peter and Carmen made great material choices and appreciated the attention to details. We were spoiled with the great coffees they made for us We look forward to their next project.
one storey addition with bathroom
We had a great time, designing and building this large addition . These ladies had fun being involved in the process and enjoyed having all the guys working on their home. The cats didn't like being cooped up some days but everyone fared well over 9 months of construction. They didn't mention that we re-decorated the entire house but that's because they spend most of their time in the addition now !
Well we are almost finished project # 5 and we're planning #6 for the springtime . Pat is thrilled when her plans come together. She hosted Christmas this year and commented on how much the porch made guests arriving and leaving so much easier . It's always fun working with her
Bedroom Window replacement, Exterior Paintig, Eave replacement etc
Pat and I start planning a minimum year in advance . I've almost re-built the entire house now . She has such pride in her home and is
such fun to work with . Her attention to details is what makes her home so special .
This project presented some challenges for my team . We had to re-locate many services and steal inches to make this design fit. The end result was a open , airy and bright kitchen that met all their needs in a tight space . They love working in it and entertaining their friends
This was a typical subdivision basement . Natasha and Boris rolled up their sleeves and did some of the work themselves to bring the project in on budget . We helped organize and lay-out the space for the finished basement . We look forward to coming back for phase 2 .

I always laugh at how projects can sometimes take on a life of their own.
John and Jane became inspired as the project progressed . They came to me with ideas ,discussed pros and cons , then quickly organized to keep up and stay on schedule . They treated us like family and we all had fun building their home . We are already planning the 2nd floor for 2009
