Jeff has now completed half-a-dozen projets for me and every time the results have exceeded my expectations! This time it was to rip up the existing tarmac driveway, regrade it, add a weeping system and finish it with a rather intricate paver pattern. In addition, the crew emptied my garage completely, disposed of anything that was not going back in and made built in shelves and a potting bench. I couldn't be happier with the job; it looks terrific and my neighbours feel the work has increased the value of their homes too. Lastly but certainly not least, ALL of the fellows working for Jeff are totally courteous and helpful at all times.

For some time I've wanted to enclose my front porch to allow for both a protected entry and a usable (i.e. big) coat closet. Jeff and his team were able to provide me with exactly what I envisioned and then some. The exterior has been finished, meticulously with Cultured Stone and looks like it's original to the house. The interior has been completed with an eye to detail, including crown moldings and beautiful baseboards. The closet is lined in cedar panels and has wonderful shelving space. The door and window are terrific. The original porch overhang was saved and moved to cover the rear door, providing much needed protection as you step unto that porch. There is some cosmetic work yet to be completed but has to wait for spring and more stable weather. Overall, a tremendous job!

I have a 70 year old house that had 70 year old windows! Jeff replaced both bedroom windows and had full glass storms custom made to cover my original leaded glass windows in the living and dining rooms. The interior window frames and sills were completely rebuilt to perfectly match the originals and the exterior frame on the dining room bay window also had to be completely rebuilt. The roof overhang (A frame style construction) was in very bad condition but could not be replaced without affecting the roof so it was laminated perfectly with large planks. The house was pointed where needed and new eaves and down pipes were installed. Because the interior walls are plaster/lath, one bedroom wall was unavoidably damaged during removal of the old window; Jeff's painters were able to perfectly match the paint even though the colour was 17 years old! The exterior painting is terrific and really brightens the house's appearance. Jeff has recently completed work for other family members and he is already scheduled to complete project #5 for me in the spring!

My kitchen reno this spring, was the 3rd project completed by J. Roberts & Associates. All aspects of the reno were handled with total professionalism from the architectual drawings to making a wide window sill level for placement of a decorative object. The owner of the company, Jeff Roberts, is actively involved from the design to the physical labour. He is always open to ideas and is intuitive of a client's needs/wants. Friends and family who have seen the completed kitchen are blown away by both the beauty and the practical use of space. The previous two projects were first a total basement reno 8 years ago, with a bathroom installation that has a definite 'WOW' factor. The second was a total gut and rebuild of a very, very tiny 2nd floor bathroom 5 year ago, that still brings a feeling of calm and happiness just looking at it. I have been so pleased with Jeff's work, I have recommended him to several people including my Mother!
