Although we had a few delays in the project, we are loving our home. We were really close to our budgeted amount. Jeff was a delight to work with. We were informed of every decision, delays, and details of the project. We saw him on a daily basis. All work permits and inspections were completed with the city. We feel extremely confident with his work. We will gladly work with him again in the future.

(The property was tight in the downtown core). Many challenges came up ,
but they were resolved quickly with their input . They were patient , decisive
