We are very happy with the service it was fast, clean and perfect. The technician - Josh - was very nice! Important thing that I received my new stove on early morning one day and but the appointment was for the next day only, Though when I called J&S they agree to come one day earlier and it save me my time and I didn't take another day off.
I recommend the company to every one!

Awful. -1 stars. Three hundred bucks to cap two copper pipes in the kitchen. Total time at the house: 30mins. Works out to a rate of $600/hr. Took my two SS braided hoses on top of that. Called several times to ask for them back, but they stalled and stalled until I gave up. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This company is the best ! From calling them to finished repair,everything was explained and cost as well so there was no surprises.Plumber was very courteous and knowledgable

The service was great. The 2 gentlemen that came were Josh and Nick. They were very polite and I was even told about the membership the company has. I saved on my service call and I will save money if an emergency arises in the year. Thank you again for quick and efficient service J &S PLUMBING and heating.

Quick onsite and followup call confirmation tech was soon to arrive (within 3 hours).
Options were honest, clear: vent motor was squealing and bad. I could do it myself but hard to get parts. He had the part and diag fee was waived - only parts and labor were charged. Josh was the tech and he was generous with info and very helpful and quick replace and give tips for my house heating, humidifier and ducts. He also gave a quote and package for new furnace.
I would recommend for helpful service.

Unprofessional plumbing company - greedy and incompetent and ill prepared. Office staff are confused with many calls coming in with incorrect billing, scheduling and full of sales hot talk with no substance. Do not use them - give the money to your uncle joe to do the job for 1/10 less their costs. Workmanship is poor - poor welds and seals. Fancy glossy marketing material mean nothing.

They did not come prepared and ill-competent. Charging $190/hr is ridiculous.

Repair was satisfactory but cost was extremely high. Did not have the required part and had to go get one. Now have the nerve to send me a coupon for $75 off for someone I refer (Friends and Family offer). However this coupon "Excludes dispatch and service fees" so I am not sure what it really covers.
Will not call them again.
