From the first time we set foot in the showroom we knew we were in good hands.
The designers attention to detail was amazing and her patience with us was very reassuring as this was our first time.
I don't normally leave comments but Irpinia without a doubt made our kitchen in to our dream kitchen and that deserves mentioning as we are still astonished by it. Thank you Irpinia!!

Very amateur job... called and complained about gaps in cabinets and poor installation but they did not do anything about it. We did not have drawers in our new home for 2 months and it took them approx. six months to finish our kitchen. Still its not perfect but we are settling with the pathetic job. They come in and fix one thing and damage another. For the premium price you pay its not worth it. Their sales reps and rude and arrogant. We were stuck with them because our builder KANEFF choose them. I would have preferred to not get a kitchen done by them. They overcharge and most people think we got a standard kitchen after paying over $65,000 extra in upgrades.
Our spice racks squeak and are not balanced..Our hood range is not painted correctly, they forgot to install the crown on half the kitchen.. Honestly stay away from them. They are not professional, helpful or friendly in any way. Rather, they overcharge for items and you can get much better quality for a better price. Most people in my development ripped apart their basic kitchens and got amazing kitchens elsewhere (read maple not MDF) for a fraction of the cost. I wish I did that.
I will never use them for anything in the future. It has been a nightmare...... BEWARE.

We had an Irpinia kitchen installed 13 years ago. Within the first 3 years the paint began to crack in the shaker style panels. We were told it was our fault, that we must be using a product when cleaning the cupboards to make this happen. At the same time, the drawers were very easily chipping and the MDF was swelling if liquid came in contact with it. This year we decided to fix one of the drawers as it was an eyesore. The experience made us wonder why we ever went back to this company. When we took the drawer in they were shocked at the condition. They said they no longer use the MDF that they used at that time as they now know the quality was not good. They use a better MDF that does not swell so much when liquid comes in contact with it if a chip results.
They said it would take 3 weeks and it took 6 weeks to reface one panel. The paint colour did not match even though they had the original drawer. The drawer did not fit when we took it home even though again, they had the original drawer. They did fix this so 2 months passed by before we had one replacement drawer face. There was no effort to ensure we were pleased.
We were given a token 20% off the price of the new drawer face due to the assessed poor quality of original kitchen and we were told that if we wanted to reface the entire kitchen we would get this discount. We were hoping our kitchen would of course last much longer.
The original kitchen design was nice so have given a couple of stars for that only.

As the Designer / Project manager on this renovation, I want to commend Lynn Thomas for the very detailed eye when designing the cabinetry for this Markham home. As in other cases, Lynn has demonstrated her attention to customer service and consumer details and the outcome is always fantastic!
Irpinia has had a reputation for being expensive, however they are very affordable when you compare the customer service, attention to detail and the fact that they do not leave a job until it is 100% right. Try getting that kind of service from a lesser priced company.
I recommend Lynn - and Irpinia Kitchens - for residential renovations and for builders.
