Completion of contract signed in 2010 & repairs of workmanship deficiencies
Purchased house in 2010 - moved in May 2011. Still waiting for completion of items paid for (i.e. fenced yard) and it is now August 2012,. Also repairs of cracked tiles, missed painting outside, walkway steps missing, repairs to defects pointed out during walk-through, any many more. Cannot get anyone to return calls - if we do get somebody they say they will call back in 5 minutes. After trying for two days we sometimes manage to get a person (they must not have caller ID and pick up in error). Very disappointed with lack of service and would not recommend.
Several other neighbours in area advise they are going through the same run around...poor poor after service response.
