I have never dealt with a company with worst service than this pool company offers. It is so bad, it is almost funny. I have been trying to get my hot tub working for almost 9 months now and it seems to be an impossible request. I call the "service" person several times a week, leave messages, ask them to send someone to reprogram the tub (it looks just like a simple programming issue), and nothing ever happens. When I finally succeed to speak to Kelly (servicing person), which is usually two or three times a month, she sounds very helpful and says that of course, she will talk to the repair guy, they will send someone right away, blah blah, and then ... nothing happens. And, a week later I am calling her again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I really do not understand how they run their business. Or, I do know. They sell you an expensive tub, that's how. If you consider a hot tub, there are other options in GTA than this company, and the buying of the tub is not the only thing, it is the service that is the most important, because if it is not working, you are just wasting your money. I will never buy anything from those people again.
