Removal and Replacement of insulation

Removal and Replacement of insulation
Over all they were professional. They told me that they would remove and replace my old insulation, also the would weather strip the hatch door, replace the bathroom fan hose with an insulated hose, and prep the soffitt (includes morvents and batts), But during our energy audit our the auditor told me that there was no weather striping on my hatch door, which is included in the quote.
Now, I'm wondering if your guys have replaced the bathroom fan hose with insulated hose or did the "soffitt prep includes morvents and batts" as per written in the quote.
I sent them a email, but never here back from them. I still need them to answer my question before Mike Holmes find out that they did an Hack Job on my insulation.
