I am extremely happy with all aspects of the completed job. I had very specific requirements in terms of finishing, timing, quality that were all taken into account by Paul and well managed over the course of the project. I needed the flexability to modify things as we went along, or introduce new ideas etc and Paul was always open to this. The overall quality of workmanship is excellent, prompt and punctual arrival, trustworthy and extremely knowledgable in all aspects of basement renovation. Paul is very creative and pays great attention to detail. He went over and above what I would have expected (ie covering water pipes with foam to avoid condensation) and always has great solutions in mind when a 'new idea' is brought up. The job took somewhat longer than anticipated however it was well worth it. I would recommend Impact CAD to anyone looking to finish their basement !!!
