First of all, the movers were 2 hours late, then when they finally showed up, the two movers sat and talked on the phone with someone from the company because for some reason, they thought they were being photographed, so they refused to do anything. After that was cleared up, they opened the truck and came totally unprepared. There was no wardrobes or boxes as promised and in our service agreement. Then, they tried charging me TRIPLE what was in my service agreement. In my service agreement, it was stated that I'd be charged the transportation fee of $65 and then it would be $65 per hour with no minimum hours. But when we arrived at the destination (which was only 1 hour after they'd started the move in the first place) they tried telling me that either I paid the moving fee plus 4 hours or they were taking my stuff and storing it at my expense until I paid the full amount! After I screamed at a gentleman named Paul from the company on the phone, the two movers (who spoke maybe 5 words in english so were very difficult to communicate with) told me they'd charge just the $130. I agreed, they took my stuff off the truck and then to my surprise, the two movers started threatening me and said that I had to pay them $250! Being that I'm a female and was all by myself with two large men, I felt very threatened, and just gave them the money as I was scared about what would happen if I didn't. I've now contacted the manager Andrew to hopefully get this resolved!
