Air conditioner installation

This company was quick to return my calls and give me all the information I needed over the phone. I purchased an air conditioner and humidifier and arranged for them to install it within the week. They were prompt, did a neat job, and cleaned up afterward. They did not try to oversell me on anything. Their pricing seemed fair, not too high and not too low. Heating and air-conditioning are working great. The communication skills of the two people who came to do the install was not the best but I could tell they were experienced and knew what they were doing.

gas leak investigation

Even though it was a Saturday, Husky managed to get a technician to my place. He got here on time and took his time checking for the leak source using 3 different methods. Technician was very courteous and answered all my questions.
I will recommend Husky to all.

Air Conditionar

We had a huge problem with our air conditioner in our packing room (commercial unit). Laith, the technician came within 2 hours of the service call. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a day. Excellent service, very nice guy. We will definitely use Husky for our regular maintenance of our unit from now on. I would recommend them to a commercial property.

Heating and Air Conditioning

Heating and air conditioning (A/C)needed to be replaced and Huskey did an excellent job. Everyone was courteous, professional and highly efficient. Many questions were asked and all questions were answered. From Tim and Ury who inspected the furnace to Alex were all attentive and patient. Huskey is defintely the company of choice when it comes to heating and A/C. They will provide you with the information and then it is the homeowner's choice as to which product to buy. The installers Francisco and his colleague listened to what was needed and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely fashion. The entire process was started and finished in a relatively short period of time. The company clearly demonstrated knowledge and expertise.

Furnace Assessment

My husband and I moved into a new home and were told by a worker from another heating company that our furnace had to be replaced immediately. We called Husky for a second opinion and were delighted to have Aziz come by and reassure us that our furnace was in fine working condition. He told us what to expect when we do decide to upgrade in future and took the time to explain all aspects of our heating and air conditioning equipment. When we are ready to replace our furnace we will definitely call Husky before anyone else. Their honesty was more than appreciated.

Furnece G71MPP and Air Conditioner 14ACX

I installed a New Furnece G71MPP and Air Conditioner 14ACX on May 25th 2009, last summer the air conditioner was on for 8 days.

Last week was the first time I turned on the Air conditioning in my house, and had to turn it off two minutes later because it was making an irritating sound when was operated. I called the Husky Heating (instaler) talk to Alex and Demetry, and they refuse to serve the unit, they aske to book an appointment for service and I have to paid for the labor. He said there is not recoord the this unit was ever served. Monday July 5th and the same thing happened. Once again I had to turn it off because of the noise. Now Does not go on.
I am shore this this unit was defective or the tecnician that came here create the problen with the banging.1

The best is that Husky Heating & Air Conditioning had been in my house two times to serve the furnace, the 2nd time was on March 2010, A service tecnician checked my new Lennox Furnece G71MPP,it was making some noise, shut down and was not turning on. The technician proceeded to inspect the unit, I left him alone in the basement (unfinished) and from the up stair floor he made some loud banging noises for arround 20 minutes, and then told me that he didn’t find anything but if I had any more problems to give him a call. He wrote his name and telephone in a paper. Did not leave me a copy of the Service Order.
It is now begining of July 2010 and I have 3 children in the house and no air conditioning, I get a clanging noise eminating from inside the furnace, and different codes when I disconet the unit to avoid possible fire or damage to the unit. I have the idea that I was purshasing the best product in the market but is not like that. I am shore that this problem is from before. I called Lennox two times, I was wating for some one to pick up fron customer service for 31 and 42 min. and the 1st day the representative said that He want thake a complaint.
Never seen a Warse service then this.

Company Response

Let us begin by saying that Berta was picky from the beginning, complaining about things beyond our control, like the financing rules in Canada and such.
But when Berta called us after the installation, complaining about the noise coming from her basement, we took it very seriously and sent the installer back to her house. What have appeared to cause the problem was the DirectEnergy PeakSaver thermostat, and not the products we have installed.
The installer explained it to Berta, advising her to call DirectEnergy. She then proceeded to call our office again, after which we immediately sent another technician, as well as our service manager, Alex, who all have confirmed the thermostat problem.
To further assure Berta, the Lennox territory manager also called her, and explained the issue to her.
We did everything we could to resolve Berta's issue, but unfortunately the problem was beyond our control, and was in no way caused by the installation or the products installed.
