When it comes time to update, or replace items in our home, I first visit Home Depot. The selection is fabulous and the help is superb. I also know that I'm getting a quality product, that will be installed by professionals, serviced properly and the warranty will be honoured without a fuss. In all, the experience is stress free and it makes my life run more smoothly.

- Sometimes I'm in for a small item and I'm not sure what section to find it in. I wander if a self help computer screen could be set up to point me in the right direction.
