Home Depot - Red Maple Rd

i charged the service to my home depot card with deferred payment. apparently, $10 of my purchase that day was not included in the deferred payment offer and my credit rating dropped by 150 points after not paying the $10 balance for three months and a collector called for $10 nonpayment after that!!!

My husband and I were replacing all of the flooring in our home. We happen to stop at the Red Maple location. Not only are the people
less friendly and helpful at this location, the store is not well stocked. I would only go to this location again if I really, really had to. Another time I had a return and the gentleman at the counter
was so abrupt and matter of fact that he bordered on being rude.

The garden center girl knew right away that I need help looking for something. She asked, and advise right away which aisle and what side I can find the kitchen garbage can. She even took the time to walk me right there to show me. Great service

We purchased a snow thrower from the Home Depot in Richmond Hill. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find the best snow thrower for our house.

Bob gave me suggestions on which toliet seat is good, it fits my washroom, it also matched the colour, very good service, knowledable
competitve pricing, lots of smile, no compliants

We have visited this store many times for many projects throughout our home, and in terms of products and stock, we have not been disappointed. You can always find what you are looking for. There have been many times we have tried other hardware stores because they are closer to our home, but always end up at Home Depot because they seem to have everything. The only thing is, if you need help or have questions, get ready to wait in line for someone to help you. Sometimes there seems to be too little staff to help with everybody's questions, especially on weekends. Otherwise, we've been happy with this store.

We hired the home duct cleaning service from Home Depot. They left the ducts and the basement a mess!! There were tiny pieces of wood that were in the ducts around each of the ducts, as well as all over the basement. It was so bad that we were cleaning for months afterwards! We couldn't let our children come down to the basement because of the mess. I wanted to call to complain to Home Depot, but there was no phone number on the cards or contract. Horrible service.

This review is meant for the guy names Igor in the toilet department. He was very helpful and very informative. We've been to this store numerous times and we found that in the other departments, it was very difficult to get help and when there was help they weren't that great. Igor, however, just really stood out - he knew about the products and seemed to really care that the customers were making the right decision.

We purchased garage door openers with installation from Home Depot. They gave us some documentation to fill out. The installer came out to do the installation only to find that the paper we filled out was the wrong one. The installer left and we had to go back and forth to the store several times before we finally got the work completed.

Bought a central Vac that I was told, by a Home Depot guy on the foor, had a rebate. Turned out that there was some confusion and I would not get it. Home Depot manager told me to grab him next time I was making one of my regular supply runs and he would credit me the amount the rebate should have been....and he did.
