From start to finish our dealings with the owner, Tony was exceptional. Tony is knowledgeable about his products & his years of experience show in his helpful suggestions about your particular renovation. He helped us immensely by showing us doors they were currently working on & pictures of installed doors so that we could visualize the finished product. Tony also came to the house with his samples & helped us choose style & colour which turned out magnificently. His installers were prompt & worked very hard all day stopping only briefly to eat lunch in their truck. We have gotten many compliments on our doors from neighbours & the doors have increased lighting in our foyer opening it up. We would highly recommend their service!!!!!!

Home Decor Windows and Doors was one of six companies on our short list that we researched and invited estimates regarding the replacement of windows in our home. All companies were advised of our requirements so that the estimates were for comparable product and service. Our research even included a visit to the plant where the windows are manufactured. We selected Home Decor Window and Door Centre (Tony De Bartolo) because of the professional way he presented his product and he was eager to respond to all inquiries we made. His company is an all inclusive opreration in that it is the sales, manufacturer and installation provider and gives a lifetime guarantee of the product. The price was lower than some of the other competitors and the product was of superior quality. We were very impressed with the operations at the manufacturing plant and we even increased our purchase to include the replacement of all windows instead of half now and half later.
The installation is now complete and we are very pleased with our new windows. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and performance of the installation by Jose and his father.They are truly craftsmen of their trade.

I thought I would share with you our great experience that we have had with Home Décor Window and Door. We originally only wanted to have an outdated front door replaced. We had heard about Tony and his company through friends of ours who had their front door replaced. Based on their recommendation we called Tony and listened to the sales pitch about the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installers; however we have heard this before from other companies and have been left disappointed. The door arrived and true to the sales pitch the finished product can only be defined as superior. The installers took great pride in their work and should really be called craftsman. We were left with a great looking new front door that really added to the curb appeal of the house and the work area was left spotless. We where so impressed with the quality and workmanship of the new door we decided to have Home Décor Window and Door's back to replace ALL of our windows in the house (over 25 in total). An absolute pleasure working with Tony De Bartolo and his crew of very capable craftsman. Tony carefully explained several options to for our sunroom window replacement and garden door install. After placing our order, the goods were delivered a mere short 4 weeks later.

Tony's installer, Jose, is simply the best. His craftsmanship, patience and expertise was prominent over the two days he spent installing our windows and doors. They were prompt, careful and very clean -- always cleaning up after themselves and leaving the job site perfectly clean.

We purchased replacement Entrance Door and Windows in February of 2007 from Home Decor. The service and products offered were exceptional. Tony was very helpful and patient in picking our new Door and Windows. We were not really aware of all the options available to us but Tony patiently explained products available and helped us pick our new Door and Windows.

The installation was excellent - the installers were extremely friendly and we were impressed on the quality of their workmanship. Also they were very conscientious to detail and left our home as clean and tidy as they found it.

Every company is pleasant enough when they want your business, but we have nothing but the highest praise for Tony DeBartolo and his staff of Home Decor Window & Door. Not only are the products of the finest craftsmanship, but, with windows and doors it is the installation that matters, and the installation was efficent, clean, and most of all made such a difference to our home heating bills. After you have paid, often that is the last you see of any company, not with Home Decor. It is over two years since our installation. We had a minor problem with a door handle, no problem--within two days of my call a courteous service person was on site and fixed it. Now that is the service everyone wants and is so rare. We give Home Decor the highest rating and would recommend them to anyone seeking to replace windows and doors, or buying new doors for a new home!

Dealing with Home Decor personnel was a pleasure from start to the end, specially with Tony De Bartolo who is excellent sales person who knows how to deal with a customer and a true professional and Jose who is a an excellent installer.

I got a number of estimates from other companies and Home Décor’s price was the best. As they say price is not everything. Material, quality, workmanship and service are more important and Home Decor excels in all these areas.

I put an order to replace all the windows, a bay window and a patio door in the house. They promised 6-7 weeks of delivery and 2-3 days to complete the work. The delivery was on time and the installation by Jose and his team was the best experience I've had for long time related to contractors of late.
