Workmanship - quality of windows are as stated. Installation was clean and professional; no damage to trim; excellent clean up.
Consultation - listened to understand needs; offered suggestions that I'd never considered, with clear reasons why, which allowed me to make informed decisions - just wonderful!
Service - very service oriented, from the company rep to the workmen.
Commitment - Tony and I had agreed on a stated delivery date with a no later than date - happy to say Home Decor delivered and left one pleased and satisfied customer.
