Very disappointed with the salesman and the final product
Even though they were about $1000 more expensive that other companies, we felt that they are professional and decided to order our door with them. But when my door arrived and was installed it wasn't what I was expecting: it turns out the order placement wasn't done professionally at all and salesman Joseph mislead me, I was never showed how the insert glass will look, the glass that Joseph 'suggested' to order, I saw it only in the brochure where it is magnified 100 times.
In reality it looks completely different and very plain. When I expressed my disappointment to Joseph, he said I can buy another glass to replace this one, isn't he something.... Another thing wasn't as I was told for the double glass type, and I know for sure I have asked about that and was told that both glasses will be frosted, when I saw that this is not the case, I have asked Joseph about that, he again blamed on me that I misunderstood his answer before. We paid so much for the door that is nothing special or of an expensive material, and at the end it is so disappointing, I would not recommend this company.

Sometimes no matter what you do, it’s never good enough!! I am sure a lot of you can relate to that. This customer chose Listral glass for the door insert. She came in twice to the showroom and saw two of our display doors with the same glass. All pertinent details including the choice of glass are written down on our purchase order which is then approved and signed by our customers. What more could we have done?
We have built a beautiful high quality Mastergrain double door system. We have posted the door on our website gallery just for you to see and judge for yourself - HD216.The real disappointment here is nothing but the customer's own choice of going with the Listral glass.
It is an unfair and truly disappointing review after doing such a beautiful work.
It’s even more disappointing to hear such spiteful comments about Joseph when he’s so focused about going the extra mile for our customers.
