This review is a couple years late but we're still dealing with the poor workmanship so I'm finally getting around to writing this.
We hired Hoerner to install a dishwasher. It involved running new tubing to the water pipes in what should've been a routine procedure.
We didn't notice until a few months later but the tubing was positioned in such a way that a bend had started to form in it preventing the water from draining. Much like if you bend a garden hose to stop the flow of water. We were able to straighten it out a bit and didn't have any more problems for another few months. Every once in a while we'd have to go down and straighten it as best we could.
As is life, we just never got around to contacting Hoerner within the warranty period. I did call to see if they'd perhaps stand behind their work even after the warranty period but I never received a call back so I took that as a 'no'.
Now we have to replace the tubing and try to install it properly as it's kinked so much that we are now unable to straighten it out.
