Replaced shut off taps in the basement and fixed the shower control in the master bedroom.

Lance came to do the requested work. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to explain things to me. We have dealt with Hoerner heating, plumbing and drains in the past and find them to be responsive as well as professional.

Leaking bathroom sink

La was very experienced, clear in what he said. He cleaned and repositioned the pipes in order to save me the expense of replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. Trademark plumbing who fixed this problem, supposedly, a few months ago, apparently did not install the parts properly causing the leak under the sink.

Quality work

Fast, easy booking process. They requested photos of the boiler and a description of issues at time of booking, then arrived prepared. My boiler wasn't working at all, with an error code on the front panel. After diagnosing the issue, they gave pricing on parts before starting work. No surprises and really good communication. I'm now doing a bunch more work with them on replacement rads and new valves.
