We hired this company to install a furnace, and they talk a great game.
They tell you what you want to hear, and are full of assurances. After they had completed the job, I had to contact them for a follow up issue.
It took me months to get anyone to even give me a complete answer. AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. A year later, we had our water heater replaced, and the gas guys from ENBRIDGE were less than impressed by the short cuts that High Life had done. I had to literally change two things myself, or they were going to shut off our gas. I recently had a warranty question and gave up after a few days of trying to contact them, and no one returned my calls, or emails.

hi there. we have been in business for 30 years and have always strived to take care of our customers. all our technicians and licensed and certified and all our jobs are done according to code. any issues with any installation will have to be tagged by law by a licensed technician. we have not recieved any notifications or tags from Enbridge which we are required by code to fix within a given time. we also always reply to all our calls and messages. feel free to contact us if you have any issues any time 7 days a week.
