Furnace with humidifer and electric air cleaner and Air conditioner
Mark was very helpful in setting me up with appointments, information about rebates and took extra steps to provide the best customer service compared to other places I visited. Mark was very patient with my questions which I asked multiple times but he still answered them quickly. In addition, Mark gave me different packages and options which fit into my budget. Not once did I felt pressured from Mark to get the deal done. Pretty much I spoke to him in November 2017 and finally got the furnace and AC installed in May 2018 mainly because I wanted to wait for the 2018 Energy rebate. Mark was very honest and I would highly recommend visiting his office if you are looking for a new furnace, water tank, Air conditioner, etc. The installation was a full day and the installers was very professional and explained to me step by step what was being changed plus answered all my questions. The drilling and patching of the walls was done very well from the outside which was one of my main concerns. Highly recommended, thanks Mark for all your help again.
