I met Justin from High Life at the fall Home Show in Toronto and got a very competitive pricing. Since I had been shopping for a while I was able to recognize models and compare the prices and recommendations from different providers.

I was originally concerned with the rating on Home Stars and even called the office with this question. Apparently this is a very large company with many thousands of installations and hence some reviews which are not positive represent such a minor % that are rather an exception.

I went ahead with ordering replacing of all mechanical including a water heater to a tankless version.

Overall I am very pleased with my choice and please with the choice of the brand I went with - Carrier. I got very professional recommendations and advise on many aspects including the sizing of the gas pipe in our home where we use gas for many appliances, and a duct system overall.

The job was big and required two crews but was still completed in one day.

The crews were very professional and the job was done in an excellent manner. Guys came well prepared as Justin explained all the details to them as we discussed and as I wanted them. And it was scheduled on the day I preferred which was great.

Throughout the process Justin was available to answer all my questions, and was patient to clarify all the details. I am very happy with the result as it was as hassle free as possible with complete re-gutting the mechanical in the house, and very happy with the customer service.
