Had problem with timing and speed but got the job done. It seems with the influx of the condos the window manufacturing is in backorder, so make sure to keep that in mind when any window companies quote you approximate dates.
Cracked Window Replacement
Measurement was taken on September 10th, quote came out a month after on October 8th (why would this take a month?), which we placed the order immediately on October 9th. It is now December 8th which is 2 months after the order was put in but all we are told is delay after delay with no window in site.
Can you imagine living with broken window for 3 months and now entering winter? The original estimated time was 3~4 weeks but 2 months with no end in sight! Also rarely answers phone.
Worst and untrustworthy company I've dealt with in my entire life.
