Jerry identified the problem quickly and answered my question thoroughly. He also showed me what to do if a similar problem occurs. This was my first time using Handyman Connection .I was impressed by how quickly someone was sent out;I was called back almost immediately after making my initial call.

Ryan was polite, professional, has a great work ethic and is trustworthy. Ryan had the key to my house and my credit card - I never doubted I could trust him! Ryan is someone who makes Handyman Connection look good! And finally - he built me an awesome deck.

Mario has been our handyman for over 10 years. He is very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He is by far the best we have ever had and we will use him again !

Our front door frame (exterior) and the inside bottom of the door needed repair and painting. The serviceman was quickly sent to provide an estimate, which visit was followed soon by the completion of the work.We have solicited service from this company before and are very satisfied with their work ethics to meet our requirements.

I recently moved to Thornhill and called Handyman Connection to do some repairs inside and out. I needed someone to paint my hallway and repair an area below a bay window. I was a little nervous using a new company but they were great. Howard did an excellent job and I was thrilled and now Handyman Connection is a call away for future home repair and maintenance projects.

The guys from Handyman Connection saved the day! I had started a project with another contractor that left without finishing the job. They fixed everything that had been done wrong by the previous person and finished a beautiful bathroom in only a few days. Very professional handymen. They were tidy, courteous and very helpful. I definitely will hire them again.

We recently hired Handyman Connection to repaint our custom kitchen cabinets.
We are very pleased with the work that Jeff did. We achieved the exact colour and finish I was looking for.

Our experience with Handyman Connection was not great. I think they likely employ several different handymen, and it really depends who you get. We were looking to have some relatively simple jobs done, but just didn't have the time to do them ourselves. The person who ended up coming was very nice, likely recently retired but wanting to stay active, but not particularly good at his trade. The shelves he hung were not level (honestly, how hard is that?), the outlet was crooked, as was the dimmer switch. I was out when the work was being done, and didn't see it until he was already done. When we called the company to complain, nothing was ever done. And the cost of it seemed quite high for what was a relatively simple job. We would not hire them again, and wouldn't recommend them. There are likely better handymen out there.

Alec from Handyman connection was very courteous, he took time to listen, see the issues that we were needing help with, and advise if it needed repair (or not). He was honest in his dealings and did the job in time, cleanly without fuss. The time to bring someone in from HC was the issue, which is why its not a perfect 10. Thank you.

I called several top handyman on Homestars but only 1 called back same day. Rest never called back at all. Off all 5 I called, handyman connection was the only one that answered their call live on the spot and booked me on the spot, for the very next morning. How is that for great service!

Rafael came on time (within 30 min window promised). Was professional. Worked hard. Clean. Job was well done. Handyman connection is lucky to have him because he represented them professionally and friendly and although these guys must have hundreds of calls and customers, you felt like they treat you with respect and like you matter. Great approach.

The only thing that could be better is pricing at handyman connection, I paid a bit more than what I expected and see out there but if that is the cost of convenience and great service, I was happy to pay it for fast response and quality work.
