Kitchen Plumbing Move

I hired Handyman Connection to do some pluming in our kitchen and this was a big mistake.

The "handyman" that conducted the work was not qualified to do so. Once he was completed I immediately questioned the work quality. The drain and water line positions were incorrect, and poorly angled. After further inspection I realized that the drain slope was incorrect and there was no trap under the floor (there should be for island sinks).

Needless to say, I had to hire a real plumber to redo all of the work.

Approximate cost of services:
$500.00

Company Response

Neil, the plumbing work was completed by a licensed plumber, the work he completed was to run the rough in for the new kitchen island, since it was only rough-in he just cap off the the drain pipe at the future location of the sink. Since you were not satisfied with the work you should have called our office to let us know and we would have rectified to your satisfaction. Im sorry for the you experience and thank you for your feed back.
