The handyman came and installed the medicine cabinet. However, he made a mistake. By measuring wrong the screws that held in the wood to hold the cabinet were visible. The plan was to have the edge of the cabinet cover the screw heads. The screw heads were plastered over but, of course, it is still very visible. It's annoying because I now have the cost of painting the wall which was unanticipated an unnecessary if the job was done properly. Also, I have a newborn so I am not painting any time soon.

Mistakes happen.

However, the owner of this franchise knew of this issue and did not proactively reach out to me to make it right. I called almost a week later and at that point he offered 25 "Handyman Bucks" not dollars. 6.25% of the cost of the job. He thought it was generous, I did not.

All in all, a disappointment.
