An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I'm writing to pass along our comments on our recent experience using Handyman Connection to have work done in our home. (Project was done on June 14, 2013, craftsman: Kas)
Our first contact on the phone to book the appointment was cheerful, informative and proactive in arranging for a craftsman to come out and quote on our project.
This is the second time we've used Handyman Connection. For our first project Kas came and replaced pillars on our porch. When we had some plumbing work that needed to be done, I asked if Kas also did that sort of work and yes he did and we were lucky that he was available, that same day! (June 14, 2013)
Kas does good quality work, and he also takes the time to explain what he is going to do, how and why to ensure the job is done correctly. When I've recommended Handyman Connection, I always suggest they ask for Kas.
I have to say we are impressed with Handyman Connection because they have craftspeople who are willing to come and do any sized project and that's very rare.
I will keep recommending Handyman Connection, and we'll continue using them.
