Heating & Air Conditioning review in Guelph

Purchased home and moved in October 30,2017, Home has a 5 year old Trane furnace purchased and installed by Halls Heating. I have placed numerous calls about the furnace as it has issues and I can sympathize with the previous owner who was very old. The furnace is so noisy that a board has to be wedged against the wall and furnace to quiet it down. Being in business is stepping up and be accountable for remeding problems.

This furnace is still under warranty if anyone can help with this matter I would appreciate it.
