Extremely unprofessional: delivery took almost one month. Extremely poor quality: 50% of the wood was defective.. I have open gaps and knots in the wood. I would never recommentd the place to anyone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Guildcraft Flooring aka Hardwood Giant. Never buy from this company in Mississauga! All the sq.footage that I purchased was defective- then they did not want to replace it!!!!

This is definitely the place to go if you want to install hardwood at your place. I am 100% satisfied and thrilled that I choose Guildcraft floors. I bought my new house but there was carpet by builder. My daughter wanted to install hardwood and luckily I got big sale flyer in mail. We went to Guildcraft on very first day of sale because the closing date of our house was within 10 days. They had huge selection of hardwood. After selecting wood, we finalized to go with Guildcraft floors. The price was extremely reasonable and the sales girl was very helpful. The promised me to do my floors within 1 week of purchase. And am happy the kept their words. After hardwood installation, when we came home next day and opened the door.... GORGEOUS!

We have been looking around for the laminate in our bedrooms upstairs and finalized at one store in brampton which I somewhat liked.Then I found a flyer in my paper from Guildcraft Floors for there big sale and we thought of trying it out.Really loved the selection they had and the store looked nice.They had the 15mm laminate beautiful selection and at right price.We went ahead and the floor was installed in two weeks.We initially had an issue with the quote they gave us but once the floor is done we are very glad we mad e the right choice.Also the associate was very knowledgeble and accommodating.

We hired Guildcraft 5 years ago to do our previous home and this time when we bought our next house we went to Guildcraft again and wow the showroom looked amazing and the staff gave us good price and my floors once again look perfect.My wife cannot keep praising them for the beautiful work they did in our house.And it is important to mention the installers were very proffesional and mannered.
