I had three windows on the front of my townhouse replaced in the fall. They did a great job of measuring and installing the windows, and the windows were exactly as they had described. However, the flashing (trim) installed was the wrong colour -- not as I had specified, and did not match my existing windows (white instead of brown).

However, after discussing the issue with Igor, he agreed to fix the problem. A couple of months later, Stan replaced the flashing around the window, so they now match.

I was initially disappointed, but they worked to solve the problem, and this integrity is very important. I would recommend this company.
