It was a long time coming to have our staircase refinished. We weren’t 100% certain on the look we wanted but Diana from Grand Floors helped us along the way. The professional service we received from the GF team including the service technicians Dee and Sebastian was exceptional. True craftsmanship and attention to detail was truly evident in their skill.

We decided that it was time to floor renovate. Get rid of the carpet and linoleum. All we knew was we wanted engineered hardwood and the colour. We went to Grand Floors because of there reputation. We knew we had to let the " Experts " do it. Our initial visit was with Diana...and she guided us through the decision process. Never pushed us into a decision and listened to all questions. She made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions. Our house was estimated and Oleg was very informative as to how the process goes. Decisions made ..Diana gave us a quote and explained every charge. With all of us comfortable we proceeded . We were given a timeline for product delivery and it was right on time. We were given a timetable for installation and once again right on time. Our installation crew ( Andrew and Nick ) were very professional with their installation skills. And also very respectful of our home . The went out of there way to accommodate any little request we made and they left the work site very clean. So we recommend if you are going to new floors. We are very happy with the services from Greg who came to see how we could resolve damage to our hardwood floor from a water leak sustained during the spring. A repair and refinishing of the existing hardwood in the dining and family rooms were custom stained to match the new stairs and railings from Grand Floors to complete the makeover of our home.
Anton is an true craftsman and we were very pleased with the new hardwood on landing and installation of new stairs and railings. The guys who refinished and stained floors were also great and we are now very proud to show friends and family how wonderful our home looks.

Experience started off great with a helpful and no hassle, no pressure experience in the showroom with Greg, Diana and Sue. After 3 visits and a custom stain sample produced for us to see, we settled on our decision and booked the job. the job went ahead as stated and Slavik did an outstanding job of installing the 3 rooms of flooring and it looked great. We liked it so much that we went further and recapped the stairs to the second floor (and the custom stain was a near-perfect match) and Sebastian did an amazing job reinforcing the stairs and capping them perfectly. There were squeaks and now there are none and the stairs looking absolutely beautiful. Reasonable price, great product and service. We'd highly recommend to anyon

Gregory & his team at Grand Floors went above and beyond to cost effectively solve issues with our sub floor, discovered after the carpeting was removed.
Gene, who did our trim, stairs & railings was very conscientious in his work quality & completed the tasks as promised. We love the results!
Slavik, who installed the flooring did an excellent job as well.
There was also great follow up by Grand Floors (Gregory, Diana) who came 3 times to our house, to ensure that the work done, met their & our standards & was progressing as planned.
There was also every effort made to minimize the disruption of our household during the renovation process, which we much appreciated.

We shopped around for a contractor to cap our stairs, replace railing and spindles and install hardwood on the upper landing. Gregory's professionalism on our initial meeting and when quoting sold us. We couldn't be happier! Diana worked her magic to make sure their schedule met ours, and was always responsive with emails and phone calls. Maria did a fantastic job matching the stair and railing stain to the hardwood. Anton and Victoria were meticulous when installing. It's been 7 weeks and we still can't stop admiring the work. We won't be shopping around for our next project, we'll call Gregory and only Gregory. We cannot say enough about what a fantastic transition Grand Floors has made to our house. Andrew (installer) was absolutley phenomemal, and takes pride in the work that he does. He tore out old Bruce hardwood that I called bowling alley, and replaced with a wider, more modern Preverco Hardwood, and replaced the old handrailing with wrought iron spindles, and colour matched the handrail to the flooring. Such a pleasure to rid of old carpeting in the bedrooms as well, and replace with new hardwood. Looks fabulous! We would like to express a huge thank you to Greg (owner), Andrew (installer), the lady (sorry did not get her name) , who came and touched up the plugs in the handrail and the showroom staff. Highly recommend, and a job well done.

I had my old hardwood floors removed and new ones installed by Grand Floors. The floors are amazing and the crew that installed them was so professional and did an amazing job. Our new floor has no squeaks in it like our old one, they tightened down our entire sub floor. We also had all new spindles and posts installed, the redid our railings and stairs. everything matched the floors perfectly. They kept me informed every step of the way as to what the next steps and process would be. Diana and Greg helped us pick everything out and we couldn't be happier everything looks amazing and the staff are excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

1) picked up half of our delayed order on Tuesday and brought it home to discover they had ordered the wrong colour laminate. They admitted their error,
2) we were promised on Wednesday that our full order would arrive between 9-9:30 am today. Here it is 10:12 am and they still haven’t arrived. There are no weather issues. We had to call and get the issue investigated. Now pulling in at 10:14am. We’ve had to adjust our travel plans to accommodate a delivery today; so, it goes without saying that we are upset and won’t be dealing with this company in the future.

I accidentally made a wrong turn and ended up in Grand Floors store. The man behind the counter acknowledge my appearance and informed that he will be with after he is finish with the costumer. Greg was very kind, informative and listened to my concern. You see, my spouse had a medical emergency outside of the country and he is cleared to come home after 8 months with short notice. I booked my flight but I need to have bilateral stairs railing installed due to his extremities deficit. Greg came over to the house within 2 days, taken the measurement for the railings; he provided suggestions and recommendation around establishing a safe railing for my spouse. Maria came to the house 2 days later to match new railing with my wooden stairs. She brought in samples of woods with different colors; check out the colors with the lights on, open and close the curtain to see the proper lighting with the natural lights. Sebastian did an amazing job. Diana provided the scheduling for everyone to come to the house. Overall, I am truly amaze, job well done, great team work.
My spouse has been home now 3 months, he is walking using a mobility aid, he is an able to go up/down the stairs safely.
