Repair and restore swimming pool deck and surrounding interlocking brick
After 34 years of use, our swimming pool deck and surrounding interlocking brick area had settled with several large cracks in the deck. Also the interlocking brick around the deck was now quite uneven and weeds were growing in the area between the bricks. It was time to restore the area and we looked for reliable and reputable companies that would do such work. They did the work of fixing the deck but did not fix the loose coping. Besides this they left polymeric compound between the deck and coping so that the coping could not be snapped back. I asked them to fix this and they said they would respond but did not.

We are very surprise you are trying to blame on us for not repair the plastic coping, as our contract was only for concrete pool deck repair and apply Granifelx and resettle and re-lever interlock. Which we have done and you were satisficed.
Kris come over for the final inspection and saw the big expansion joints for which He suggested to sand our guys to cover up the joints ( no extra charge) and bring a bag of polymer sand for free, for you to have it for the future maintenance.
As we know the polymer sand is sinking over the time in between the joints of the interlock.
As for the coping we do not do a coping repairs and this work was not on the contract. Kris has meet with you and explain that this work suppose to be done by the swimming pool lines specialist
