The men that showed up were the most curtious contractors, that we have had in our home. Their attention to details, on the small things was immaculate and I would not hesitate to use Gem again or to refer them to others

GEM Windows is the best place in town for good quality windows and excellent installations. We recommend them to all people we know. There is no doubt we will use them again.

I replaced my kitchen window. Through a misunderstanding, the flashing was the wrong colour. The installer sifted through his truck and found a matching colour. He was most accommodating and I am grateful.

We went with Gem because they offered to cover the cost of an environmental assessment of our home as part of the package; they offered an excellent product at a good price; the showroom was very nice and no one was pushy. Since having the main and second floors of our old house re-windowed we've also had them do all the windows in the basement; the windows are manufactured locally and the firings and hardware are smooth and efficient. They are a bit out of the way for us but we were very happy with the service.

On July 25th, 2016, I had a sliding patio door installed by Gem installers. Over the previous 4 -5 years, I have had all the windows in my house replaced by Gem. The sales personnel are polite and knowledgeable. The installers are polite, efficient and also are quite knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any one.

We plan on removing a wall between our existing kitchen and dining room to make one large kitchen. Each room had identical old windows. One window was replaced and the other window was removed and the brick below it taken out to fit a sliding door going out to a deck. We are extremely pleased with the product and work provided by Gem Windows and Doors. The company installers were professional, courteous and patient in answering the many questions I had. Everything looks great and they left the house as clean as when they arrived. I would have no qualms in recommending Gem Windows and Doors.

Excellent job. Seymour was great to deal with. The installers were friendly, on time, neat and did an excellent job. Unfortunately I will need to replace some other windows in the future but they were good enough to measure these and keep the measurements in my file for future orders. Highly recommend Gem to all those with window needs.

I’ve signed a contract with GEM for 3 parts: replace the original wooden porch railing by an all-aluminum one, replace two single garage doors and replace the main front door. Both the garage doors and the main door are of excellent quality and the crews who proceeded with the installation were very experienced, friendly and did a perfect job leaving the place spotless. For the porch railing replacement, there were a few issues that have been corrected once addressed to GEM owners who took the time to meet me at my place to see on their own what was not right. They had no hesitation to give their commitment to fix everything to my satisfaction. And they delivered! Such leadership must be praised because it is rare nowadays when many companies unfortunately place more importance on sales and profit to the detriment of the quality of products, service and customer satisfaction. GEM demonstrated that they belong to the major league in their business and are top leaders.
