Gem Windows & Doors exceeded my expectations! I have had five exterior doors replaced (including two storm doors) and I am very happy with them. The quality of their products and crafstmanship are excellent! Phillip, the sales representative I dealt with, walked through the process with me from start to finish. He patiently took care of all the details, answered the many questions I had, could always be reached on his cell, returned my calls promptly and made sure that I was 100% satisfied! On the installation date Joe and his assistant showed up on time and completed the work within the specified time frame. A consummate professional, Joe was courteous and did his job admirably well! I would highly recommend Gem Windows & Doors for anyone considering replacing their doors.
